Lighthouse
Lighthouse, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides counseling services and crisis intervention for youth and family in its community. But its web presence made user question the organization's credibility. It was challenging to navigate and users weren't always able to find potentially critical service offerings which lead them to competitor organizations. Other opportunities to improve came to light after engaging users directly: the path to donate or volunteer was unclear and news & events designed to engage the community were displayed in a way that made it difficult to digest.
